Creating places with purpose.
Property development through considered acquisition, intelligent design and thoughtful regeneration.
What We Do
Our approach encompasses both new-build development and the redevelopment of existing buildings and sites. We look for opportunities where thoughtful design, careful planning and a clear understanding of the local context can unlock their potential.
From individual sites to larger development opportunities, we take a considered and commercially focused approach to each project.
Our Approach
We believe successful development starts with the right opportunity and is built through
careful decision-making at every stage.
We work with experienced professional partners across planning, architecture, construction
and other specialist disciplines to bring each project forward.
As a growing development company, we are focused on building a business defined by the
quality of its decisions, the strength of its relationships and the places it creates.
Building for the long term
We are focused on establishing OTSU Properties as a thoughtful and enduring development
company, creating places that respond to their surroundings and deliver lasting value.
